Biographies
Todd Trenchard (President) is Vice President and Public Relations Director of Merchants & Marine Bank and is the Executive Director of the Bacot McCarty Foundation. Previously, he was the Development Director of the MS Gulf Coast Youth for Christ organization and served for years as the Community Relations Director of the Home of Grace. For the past four years has served as President of the Gideon Ministry in Ocean Springs. A United States Marine Corps veteran-where he was Korean Cryptologist-he founded and directs a three-quarter way home in Gautier called Trinity House. Todd serves on 9 Board of Directors and Advisory Councils throughout the region and is the Chairman of the Board of the Salvation Army, Vice-Chairman of Habitat for Humanity of Jackson County / Mississippi Gulf Coast, President-Elect of the Boys & Girls Clubs and the Communications Issue Manager Group Chairman of the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
He has been the Chairman of the Jolly McCarty Memorial for the past five years, chaired the Boys & Girls Clubs Steak & Steak dinner as well as the 2008 Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Jackson County Habitat for Humanity Work Project. He was one of the founders and original Executive Board Members of Rebuild Jackson County and is also a charter board member of the South Mississippi Sports Commission.
He hosts a weekly television show on WKFK TV-7, as well as a weekly radio broadcast on WPMP AM 1580. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from USM and the National Defense Language Institute and is a graduate of Leadership Jackson County and Leadership Mississippi. Todd has been honored as the Volunteer of the Year by several local agencies including the Home of Grace, Youth for Christ and the Boys & Girls Clubs. The MS Legal Services Corporation named him the State of Mississippi's Southern Region's Top Community Leader in 2006, and he was honored by The Sun Herald & Governor Haley Barbour with his induction into the Roland Weeks Hall of Fame's 2007 Class of South Mississippi's Top Community Leaders.
Todd and his wife Debbie reside in Ocean Springs, MS .

Charles Busby (President Elect) is a professional engineer and president of Orion Engineering, Inc. He received his bachelors' degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Alabama. He has served as chairman of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and remains on its board of directors. He also serves on the board for the United Way of Jackson and George Counties and is involved in youth activities such little league baseball, Soap Box Derby, hunter education and the National Archery in the Schools Program. He and his wife Felicia are lifelong residents of the Pascagoula area and they attend St. John's Episcopal Church. They have two daughters, Cayla and Teal. Charles serves the Pascagoula Rotary Club as it President elect and has been on the board of directors for 3 years.

Janet Krebs (Secretary) has been a human resource professional with the Jackson County Board of Supervisors since February 5, 2001. From 2001 - 2004, she was assigned as a Human Resources Generalist with the responsibilities of customer service, training, and total rewards. In 2005, she was promoted to the Human Resource Director. In this capacity she is responsible for the management of employee recruitment processes, employee classifications, employee relations, and employee benefits. She also, provides for the coordination and maintenance of all personnel records, policies and procedures.
A native of Pascagoula, Janet graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 2000 and obtained a Master of Science in Psychology with an Industrial-Organizational emphasis from William Carey College in 2003. She is also a member of the professional associations, Society for Human Resources Management and World-at-Work.
Janet and her twin sister Janice are the youngest of eight siblings, four brothers and two sisters. She received her baptism and confirmation at Our Ladies of Victories Church. Currently, Janet resides in Pascagoula with her dog, Bailey.

George W. Sholl (Secretary) is Director of the Jackson County Emergency
Communications District where he coordinates the maintenance and operation of the 911 system as well as the county's 800MHz public safety radio system. Prior to assuming that position in 2002, he served as the County Administrator and in the planning department.
A native of Jackson County, George graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1977 and obtained a MBA degree from USM in 1978. He also received an Air Force commission and went onto active duty in 1978. Serving primarily in Missile operations, George's Air Force career included tours in Wyoming, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Belgium and Great Britain, including deployment to Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf War.
br/>George is a member of Caswell Springs United Methodist Church where he serves on the Administrative Board and as audio/visual coordinator. He is also a member of the USM Alumni Association as well as the American Legion and the Air Force Association.

Kevin Miller (Treasurer) is Senior Vice President of The First, A National Banking Association.He was born in Pascagoula, Mississippi and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Business Administration with emphasis in finance. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mid South School of Banking.
Kevin is also the Treasurer and Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Jackson County where he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and was named their Board Member of the Year in 2002, and has served on the board of the American Heart Association.
He is married to the former Sharon Thornton of Pascagoula and resides in Ocean Springs

Scott McIlrath (Asst. Treasurer) graduated from Pascagoula High School in 1979. Scott began a career in law enforcement in 1983 as a volunteer member of the Pascagoula Police Reserves. Scott became a fulltime law enforcement officer in January 1984 and currently holds the positions of Chief Investigator and Office Manager for the District Attorney's Office.
In his current position he oversees the day to day operation of the District Attorney's Office which includes all investigations, personnel matters, accounting issues and two revenue generating divisions, the Worthless Check Division and the Pretrial Intervention Program. Scott has had numerous business interests over the years including McIlrath & Associates, an accident reconstruction and investigation consulting firm.
